The Ladies Entrepreneurship Club (LEC) is a space built on mutual respect, ambition, and support. These guidelines help us maintain a community where every member can thrive.
Treat every member with dignity and respect. We celebrate diverse backgrounds, industries, and perspectives. Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.
What is shared in LEC spaces stays in LEC spaces. Do not share other members’ personal stories, business details, or financial information outside the community without their explicit consent.
When offering feedback or engaging in discussions, be constructive and solution-oriented. We are here to build each other up. Criticism should be kind, specific, and actionable.
Do not use community spaces for unsolicited sales pitches, MLM recruitment, or spam. Promote your business only in designated areas and when it genuinely adds value to the conversation.
The community thrives when members are active. Attend events, contribute to discussions, support fellow members, and make the most of your membership. If you register for an event, please show up or cancel in advance.
Respect the intellectual property of other members, speakers, and LEC itself. Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute content, frameworks, or materials without permission.
If you experience or witness behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it to hello@ladiesentrepreneurshipclub.com. All reports will be reviewed confidentially.
Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community, depending on severity.
