Can I switch my Boardroom Passes after joining?

Yes — you can update your Pass selection at any time through the member portal. There is no penalty and no waiting period. Previous session recordings from Passes you held remain accessible in your library.

Can I switch my Pod city?

Yes. You can change your home Pod at any time through the member portal. Your event access updates immediately. You are always welcome at any Pod’s events as a visiting member regardless of which city is your home Pod.

What happens if I miss a live session?

Every live session is recorded and available in your member library within 24 hours of the session ending. Recordings remain accessible for the full life of your membership.

What is the Welcome Tracker?

A custom Excel workbook built specifically for your Pass — delivered to your inbox on Day 1 at no extra cost. It is pre-loaded with all 52 session titles, pass-specific KPI metrics, a weekly check-in sheet, a quarterly review template and a full tutorial tab. It is yours to keep regardless of your membership status.

What is the LEC Member Coach?

A Claude AI skill designed specifically for LEC members. It knows all 15 Boardroom Passes, your Pod structure, the quarterly event calendar and LEC’s membership tiers. You use it for weekly check-ins, goal reviews, session prep, blocker coaching and quarterly reviews — available 24/7 on any device with Claude access.

Can I attend events in cities other than my home Pod?

Yes. All LEC members are welcome at any Pod’s events as visiting members. Brunch & Learns and Virtual Sessions are complimentary for all members everywhere. Boardroom Sessions and Retreats are available at standard member rates when you visit other Pod cities.

Is there a minimum commitment for monthly plans?

Monthly plans (Elevate, C-Suite and Boardroom) can be cancelled at any time with no notice period. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Annual Club membership is non-refundable after the 30-day satisfaction period.
