1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ladies Entrepreneurship Club (“LEC”, “we”, “us”) website, services, events, programmes, and membership tiers available at ladiesentrepreneurshipclub.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Membership & Access

LEC offers multiple membership tiers—Club, Learn, Exchange, Connect, and Executive Committee—each with specific access levels, benefits, and pricing. Membership is personal and non-transferable. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the tier-specific terms presented at checkout.

LEC reserves the right to modify membership tiers, benefits, and pricing. Existing members will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance.

3. Events & Programmes

LEC organises retreats, workshops, bootcamps, pod meetings, and online programmes. Event details—including dates, venues, and speakers—are provided in good faith but may change. LEC will notify registered attendees of material changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Event registration is binding once confirmed. Attendance is subject to availability and any prerequisite membership requirements.

4. Exchange Passes

Exchange Passes grant access to specific content, masterclasses, and resources within the LEC ecosystem. Passes are personal, non-transferable, and subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase. Access is provided digitally and begins immediately upon purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, templates, frameworks, and resources provided through LEC—including but not limited to event materials, Exchange Pass content, training resources, and digital products—are the intellectual property of LEC and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any LEC content without prior written consent.

6. Code of Conduct

LEC is a professional community. Members and attendees are expected to conduct themselves with respect, integrity, and professionalism at all times—online and at events. LEC reserves the right to revoke membership or event access without refund in cases of harassment, discrimination, fraud, or conduct that undermines the community.

7. Limitation of Liability

LEC provides its services, events, and content on an “as is” basis. While we strive for excellence, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, financial results, or the accuracy of third-party speakers’ advice. LEC’s total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

9. Changes to These Terms

LEC may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
