Refund Policy

General Policy
All purchases made through Ladies Entrepreneurship Club—including memberships, event registrations, Boardroom Passes, and digital products—are non-refundable unless a specific product or service explicitly states otherwise in its own refund terms at the point of purchase.
Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so at any time, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of your paid period.
Events & Retreats
Event registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a registered event, please contact us at least 14 days before the event date to discuss the possibility of transferring your registration to another eligible LEC member, subject to availability and LEC approval.
LEC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In the event of cancellation by LEC, registered attendees will receive either a full credit toward a future event or a refund at LEC’s sole discretion.
Boardroom Passes & Digital Products
Boardroom Passes and digital products provide immediate access to content and resources upon purchase. As such, they are non-refundable. If a specific Boardroom Pass or product includes its own refund policy, those terms take precedence over this general policy.
Product-Specific Refund Terms
Certain products or services may carry their own refund policy, which will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout. Where a product-specific refund policy exists, it supersedes this general policy for that product only.
Exceptional Circumstances
LEC may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness, bereavement). Such requests must be made in writing to info@ladiesentrepreneurshipclub.com within 7 days of purchase.
