Every year, we’ve made the significant transformations across the Ladies Entrepreneurship Club’s ecosystem.
  • In 2019 we started in London, as purely The Ladies Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, a 12 week in person course for Female Founders from our ‘WeWork’ Paddington offices in London, featuring our Ultimate Enterprise Planner and Guidebook as our Flagship offerings
  • 2020 saw a move to formally having a (very basic) e-learning focused website and Bootcamp curriculum as well as a move out to Dubai as the lockdown pushed us online. Our first Online Bootcamp and Lunch & Learn session were launched and we ran 3 life changing cohorts through to 2021.
  • In 2021, we grew into Ghana and welcomed our first ever in-person events with Brunch and Learn and the LEC Marketplace being our first in person social event!
  • 2022 taught us the power of the in-person experience and we expanded brunch & Learn into a monthly series and ran the unforgettable garden Party with over 400 female entrepreneurs in attendance! Honestly, it was a lot!
  • Unfortunately, in 2023, we lost a very key team member and supporting act – to a car crash and it became a bit difficult to focus for a few months. The team and I sat back and realised we needed more infrastructure to enable us to have down times without letting the members down so we started looking into the benefits of AI in the business and teaching AI Excellence programmes. We launched version 1 of the Club’s paid membership with hopes of members engaging with each other directly but after much time and investment, we found that members really just wanted to engage with us and learn so we removed the social channel aspect of the club and began to build new perks and new events including Sip and Golf, Sip and Shop, Deep Dives, Deep Dive Dinners and more!
  • Enter 2024! This amazing year saw the launch of our LEC Co-working office and events space in Accra! It really was a wonderful space to experiment for the year and has definitely inspired us to formalise this experiment in the future. The LEC Catalogue also grey form this amazing year of Sip & Shop events as it became very clear that the LEC Marketplace was a key value add for attendees. We also partnered on key events in New York, bringing LEC’s New York Pod to life in a very organic way
  • 2025 brought a spirit for expansion and retraction. After years of ‘adding more’ we realised we had lost the way and forgot to tie up so many loose ends which members actually enjoyed and requested often such as and LEC Magazine, LEC Tv so they could watch recaps from events and training content, more specific membership tiers that served their businesses in their locations.. and more1
So, in 2025, I stepped back to build the structure, systems, and visibility pathways that have shaped how women operate inside the ecosystem into the online experience. I also used this period to embed the AI methodologies and operational frameworks I have been teaching and refining, integrating them directly into how the organisation now runs and I’m so happy that i did!
What exists now, in 2026 is the natural iteration of The LEC – a further developed operational environment designed for founders who want clarity, organised execution, consistent progress and accountability.

Why We Evolved the Ecosystem

Throughout the year, we saw consistent patterns in members’ challenges. You weren’t short on ideas or ambition. The friction came from scattered execution and lack of centralised infrastructure. Running a business across multiple disconnected tools made growth slow and expensive. We redesigned the platform to remove that friction.
Members reported pain points such as:
  • Having systems spread across too many tools
  • Spending money on branding or websites without a strategic structure
  • Struggling to maintain visibility beyond social media
  • Limited commercial opportunities after initial launches
  • Feeling isolated and lacking proximity to peers
  • Not having a clear step-by-step path for building a fully functioning business
  • Launching slowly because execution depended on too many external contributors
  • Lacking a professional home for their story, expertise, and products
Each of these pain points directly informed the new structure of the Club.

A Membership Structure Built for Real Progress

The membership system now provides a clear path from entry to high-level execution. Our goal was to give you an organised progression that matches your stage, bandwidth, and ambition. The levels are structured so you always know exactly what you receive, how to use it, and where you are going next.
You now have access to:
  • Defined stages that align with where you are in your business
  • Clear expectations on deliverables, support, and outcomes
  • Access to tools and systems that reduce operational overhead
  • A member environment where completion and progress are normal
This structure was designed to help you build consistently instead of starting and stopping.

Expanding into New Pods

We have expanded our physical footprint to strengthen community proximity and ensure every founder has access to local activity. The introduction of Pods is one of our most strategic upgrades. Each Pod acts as a local gateway into the global ecosystem.
You can now connect through:
  • New York – for founders driving international expansion
  • Dubai – for high-growth, cross-border business environments
  • Kigali – for emerging markets and structured collaboration
  • Existing locations that continue to serve active, engaged members
These Pods operate as on-ground hubs where you meet, collaborate, brainstorm, and build relationships. The ecosystem is global, but the work feels local.

Strengthening Visibility with New Media Platforms

Visibility only matters when it translates into positioning, partnerships, and commercial outcomes. We built new media channels because members needed structured platforms that elevate their voice and expertise beyond daily posting.
You now have access to:
  • The Magazine – a credible space for articles, features, and founder stories
  • LEC TV – video interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and expert conversations
  • The Catalogue – elevated product listings designed for direct buyer access
  • Showcase features that connect visibility to real opportunities
These platforms were designed to ensure your work is documented, your expertise is recognised, and your products reach the consumers who want them.

What We Learned from Our Three Retreats

Our retreats became one of the strongest research tools for shaping this evolution. When founders were placed in focused environments, free from daily noise, they produced more in days than they had produced in months. We studied those behaviours and built them into the ecosystem.
At the retreats, members achieved:
  • Clarity in their business model
  • Completion of assets they had postponed
  • Strong decision-making without hesitation
  • New collaborations and revenue opportunities
  • Renewed personal confidence in their abilities
These outcomes guided our decisions for how the Club would operate moving forward.

Introducing the Launch Blueprint V4

After studying hundreds of member journeys, we refined the Launch Blueprint to Version 4. It is now a complete operational system, not a course or learning program. You follow a structured pathway that results in a fully operational business foundation.
V4 now includes:
  • A streamlined process for building your website
  • A defined system for your sales, bookings, and payments
  • Automated back-end structures that reduce manual work
  • Content frameworks you can maintain without overwhelm
  • Feedback cycles that ensure you complete each stage
Members asked for a path that would reduce complexity and increase completion. V4 delivers that with clarity.

New 1:1 Execution Options

Some founders asked for deeper support, dedicated time, and high-level precision. In response, we introduced private 1:1 sessions that accelerate progress and offer strategic attention to your business infrastructure.
These sessions include:
  • Personalised audits of your business model
  • Focused working time with rapid execution
  • Direct input on your content, systems, and visibility plan
  • Clear deliverables after each session
  • A simplified path to finalising your assets
This upgrade gives you the option to move at the pace that suits you.

Your Business Now Has a Home, a System, and a Clear Future Path

The evolution of the LEC ecosystem is grounded in one principle: you should have the structure, clarity, and environment to build with confidence. Every new feature, every new Pod, and every upgrade was informed by what you asked for.
Your pathway is now supported by:
  • A structured membership model
  • Local and global Pods
  • Media platforms that strengthen visibility
  • A refined operational Blueprint
  • Dedicated 1:1 options
  • Consistent, organised community activity
This is the foundation for the next phase of your business.
