LEC is a global community. The Virtual Pod exists so that no member is limited by geography — regular live sessions, breakout rooms by industry, and the same quality of conversation you’d find in any of our five cities.
LEC’s five city pods are where things get real — but not every member can be in London, Dubai or New York every quarter. The Virtual Pod is how LEC reaches members in every timezone, without diluting the quality of conversation.
Every Virtual session mirrors the format of the in-person Brunch & Learn: a facilitator, a real business topic, structured breakout rooms by industry, and time for genuine connection. No talking heads. No passive webinars.
The Virtual Pod also runs as a companion to each physical pod window — so if you’re a London member who can’t make it to the room this quarter, you catch the virtual session within the same fortnight and stay fully in sync.

Most online networking is passive. Virtual Pod sessions are structured, facilitated, and capped — so every person in the room actually gets something out of it.
Every session is capped at 30 members. Large enough to have variety, small enough that everyone gets heard. No hiding at the back of a 200-person Zoom.
After 45 minutes of facilitated main-room discussion, members split into breakout rooms by industry. Targeted conversation with people who have the same challenges you do.

Virtual sessions are scheduled alongside each pod’s quarterly window — so you never miss out on the content even when you can’t be in the room.
The people leading Virtual Pod sessions are the same experts running in-person Boardroom Sessions. The format may be online — the standard is identical.

Virtual sessions run four times per year — once per quarter, timed alongside the city pod windows so your learning stays in sync with the rest of the community.
A structured session with a facilitator, a business topic relevant to the quarter’s theme, and breakout rooms by industry. Every session delivers one actionable takeaway and one warm introduction — minimum.
Every session is recorded and uploaded to your member portal. Access it anytime, revisit the discussion, and share specific timestamps with your team or accountability partner.
10 minutes. Facilitator introduces the session topic and frames the discussion. Members do a 30-second intro — name, location, what they’re working on.
40 minutes. Expert or facilitator-led discussion on the session topic. Live Q&A woven throughout — not bolted on at the end.
25 minutes. Small rooms by sector — 4–8 members per room. One discussion prompt. One nominated note-taker. Everyone leaves with a contact.
15 minutes. Back in the main room. Each breakout group shares one insight. Facilitator closes with one action item per member. Recording goes live in 24 hours.

LEC has five city pods running live events every quarter, plus the Virtual Pod for members everywhere. Your membership includes visiting rights at all of them.
Every LEC member is welcome at every pod’s events as a visiting member. Home Pod members attend their city’s events complimentary. All members have complimentary access to all Virtual Pod sessions.
