By signing up and becoming a member of the Ladies Entrepreneurship Club (LEC), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions that govern the use of the LEC platform:

By signing up for the LEC platform, you enter into a membership agreement with the LEC, and you affirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

The LEC platform is designed to provide a comprehensive toolbox for aspiring female entrepreneurs and business leaders. It offers a range of resources, networking opportunities, and coaching services to support your entrepreneurial journey. You may access and use the platform for its intended purposes, subject to compliance with these terms and conditions.

To access the LEC platform and enjoy its exclusive features, including the private social platform, industry expert pool, and monthly virtual events, a yearly membership fee of $50 is required. This fee grants you full access to the aforementioned benefits for one year from the date of payment.

By signing up as a member, you grant the LEC permission to feature you and your business on LEC social media platforms from time to time. This may involve showcasing your profile, highlighting your business information, sharing your achievements, and posting updates related to your entrepreneurial journey. The LEC will provide reasonable notice before featuring your profile and business, allowing you an opportunity to review and update any business information you wish to be included or modified in the featured content.

While featuring members on LEC social media platforms is primarily aimed at promoting their businesses and celebrating their achievements, we understand that preferences may change over time. Therefore, if, at any point, you no longer wish to have your profile or business featured on LEC social media, you have the right to opt out. You can exercise this right by contacting the LEC team and requesting to be excluded from any future features.

The LEC is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of any personal and business information shared on the platform. We implement appropriate security measures to safeguard your data and ensure compliance with relevant privacy laws. We will not disclose any sensitive information without your explicit consent unless required by law or necessary for the functioning of the LEC platform.

While the LEC takes reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and security of information on the LEC platform, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from unauthorized access, misuse, or third-party actions. By using the LEC platform, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks associated with the use of the platform. The LEC and its affiliates, partners, and employees will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the LEC platform.

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
  • Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

The LEC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members through the LEC platform or other appropriate means. By continuing to use the LEC platform and services after such modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.

By signing up for the LEC platform, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This includes granting consent for featuring on LEC social media platforms and the right to opt out if desired. We encourage you to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
We’ll also use cookies to keep track of basket contents while you’re browsing our site.

Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
