Episode 01: Pricing With Confidence
This episode uses the question "How do you know what to charge?" to explore revenue, pricing, profit, cash decisions and commercial discipline. We will move beyond a polished founder biography and examine the actual decisions, circumstances and experiences behind the answer: what was happening, what changed, what worked, what did not, and what the founder would do differently now. The conversation should give female founders and business owners useful, experience-led insight while remaining personal enough to reveal the reality behind building a company. Where appropriate, we will discuss customers, offers, money, systems, teams, positioning, leadership and measurable outcomes so the episode can generate strong search content, clips, quotes and practical takeaways.
