This is Session 2 of 28 in the Operations & Systems Blueprint Programme. The topic for this session is: Business Process Mapping.
The Operations & Systems is a comprehensive 28-session programme designed for women entrepreneurs who are serious about building real capability and sustainable growth in this area of their business. Each session builds directly on the last, creating a structured learning journey that takes you from foundation-level understanding through to advanced, applied expertise over the course of the programme.
This programme is delivered entirely online via video call, which means you can participate from anywhere in the world. Sessions run for two hours each and are a blend of expert-led content, live Q&A, peer discussion, and applied exercises that you complete in the context of your own business. This is not a course where you passively consume content and hope for the best. Every session is designed around active engagement, real application, and peer accountability.
The group that participates in this programme together becomes a genuine peer community. Many of our programme participants describe the relationships formed in these sessions as among the most valuable outcomes of the programme — long after the formal sessions end, the peer connections continue.
Session 2 focuses on Business Process Mapping. By the end of this session you will have a clear understanding of the key principles involved, a practical framework you can apply to your own business, and a specific action step to implement before Session 3. All sessions are recorded and available to registered participants within 24 hours of the live session for those who cannot attend in real time.
Your ticket to this session is valid for live attendance and recording access. If you are joining the programme for the first time, please see the full programme overview for details on how the complete 28-session journey is structured.

Session 3 of 28: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Welcome to Session 3 of the Operations & Systems Blueprint Programme. This session focuses on: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Whether you are joining live or catching up via the recording, we have designed this session to give you everything you need to make meaningful progress in your business in this area.
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
The Operations & Systems Blueprint Programme is a 28-session programme that takes women entrepreneurs through a complete and structured journey of business development. The programme was developed in response to consistent feedback from LEC members that they needed more than events and inspiration — they needed a structured pathway to build genuine capability in the areas that matter most for business growth.
Each of the 28 sessions is two hours long, delivered live via video call, and recorded for participants who cannot attend in real time. Sessions are structured around a blend of expert-led content, live application exercises, peer discussion, and Q&A. Between sessions, participants complete short practical assignments designed to embed learning into their actual business context — not as homework for homework's sake, but as applied work that produces real outputs.
The programme is intentionally paced — one session per week over approximately 28 weeks. This pacing is deliberate. It allows participants to absorb each session fully, complete the inter-session work, and bring real-world experience back to the next session rather than consuming content in a disconnected burst.
SESSION 3 IN DETAIL: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
This session builds on Session 2 and prepares you for Session 4.
The session is structured into three segments:
Segment 1 — Context and Framework (40 minutes)
The session opens with a brief recap of key points from the previous session and how they connect to today's topic. We then move into the core content for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This segment is led by the programme facilitator and combines direct instruction, real case examples, and facilitated reflection. You will receive a session framework document that supports this segment and that you will continue to use as a reference tool throughout the programme and beyond.
Segment 2 — Live Application (40 minutes)
The application segment is where the real learning happens. Working from the session framework, you will apply the concepts from the first segment directly to your own business in real time, guided by the facilitator. This work is done partly individually and partly in pairs or small groups, depending on the nature of the topic. The peer perspective in this segment consistently produces insights that individual reflection alone cannot generate.
Segment 3 — Q&A, Peer Share, and Commitments (40 minutes)
The final segment opens the floor for questions, peer sharing, and the session close. Participants share one key insight from the session and one commitment they are making before the next session. Questions are taken live where possible; any questions not addressed in the session are answered in the session notes distributed within 24 hours.
BETWEEN SESSIONS
Before the next session, participants are asked to complete a short inter-session assignment related to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This assignment is designed to take between 30 and 90 minutes and produces a specific output for your business. Assignments are optional but strongly encouraged — participants who complete the inter-session work consistently report significantly higher value from the programme overall.
RECORDINGS AND MATERIALS
All sessions are recorded in full. Recordings are made available to registered participants within 24 hours of the live session via a private participant portal. Session notes, framework documents, and assignment briefs are distributed via the same portal. Access to all materials is retained for the lifetime of your programme registration.

Session 14 of 28: KPIs & Performance Dashboards
Welcome to Session 14 of the Operations & Systems Blueprint Programme. This session focuses on: KPIs & Performance Dashboards.
SESSION 14 IN DETAIL: KPIs & Performance Dashboards
This session builds on Session 13 and prepares you for Session 15.
The session is structured into three segments:
Segment 1 — Context and Framework (40 minutes)
The session opens with a brief recap of key points from the previous session and how they connect to today's topic. We then move into the core content for KPIs & Performance Dashboards.

The programme is intentionally paced — one session per week over approximately 28 weeks. This pacing is deliberate. It allows participants to absorb each session fully, complete the inter-session work, and bring real-world experience back to the next session rather than consuming content in a disconnected burst.
SESSION 21 IN DETAIL: Supplier & Vendor Management
This session builds on Session 20 and prepares you for Session 22.
The session is structured into three segments:
Segment 1 — Context and Framework (40 minutes)
The session opens with a brief recap of key points from the previous session and how they connect to today's topic. We then move into the core content for Supplier & Vendor Management.
Before the next session, participants are asked to complete a short inter-session assignment related to Supplier & Vendor Management.
