The LEC Dubai 3-Day Retreat is the flagship experience of the Ladies Entrepreneurship Club and the event that our members talk about most. It is three days designed around one purpose: giving you the time, space, tools, and community to make a genuine leap forward in your business.

This is not a holiday. It is not a passive conference. It is an active, facilitated, deeply structured retreat experience — and it will challenge you, stretch you, and leave you more clear, more committed, and more capable than you arrived.

WHY A RETREAT?

Most entrepreneurs are caught in the cycle of working in their business rather than on it. The daily demands of clients, operations, marketing, and finances leave almost no time for the kind of strategic, reflective thinking that actually moves a business forward. The retreat creates a protected container for exactly that work — and surrounds you with other women who are doing the same.

The research on intensive immersive learning experiences consistently shows that three consecutive days produces disproportionately more progress than six individual half-days spread over months. Something changes when you fully step away. Your thinking becomes sharper. Your conversations become more honest. Your decisions become clearer.

THE THREE-DAY STRUCTURE

DAY 1 — 2026-12-11 — Arrival, Foundation & Honest Assessment

The first day is deliberately slower. We know that most attendees arrive carrying the stress and momentum of their businesses with them. Day 1 is designed to help you decompress, connect with the group, and begin the process of honestly looking at where your business is right now.

Morning: Arrival, welcome coffee, and introductions. We open the retreat with a structured introduction exercise that goes far deeper than the usual name-and-job-title format. You will share what you are proud of, what you are struggling with, and what you most want to achieve over the three days.

Late Morning: The Business Audit. Every participant works through a structured self-assessment of their business across eight key dimensions: revenue, operations, marketing, team, strategy, finance, mindset, and growth readiness. This is private work but the themes are shared with the group to identify collective patterns.

Afternoon: The Foundation Workshop. Based on the morning's audit, we run a facilitated workshop exploring the theme that emerges most strongly from the group. Past topics have included positioning, pricing confidence, team building, and operational clarity.

Evening: Dinner and informal connection. The evening is unstructured but catered, and the conversations that happen over dinner are invariably some of the most valuable of the three days.

DAY 2 — 2026-12-12 — Deep Work, Strategy & Breakthrough

Day 2 is the most intensive day of the retreat. This is where the real strategic work happens.

Morning: Expert-led workshop on a pre-announced topic relevant to the group's collective business challenges. Previous sessions have covered investment readiness, brand positioning, pricing for growth, and systems for scale.

Mid-Morning: Peer Advisory Circles. Small groups of four to five women work through each other's most pressing business challenges in a structured advisory format. This is not casual conversation — it is a disciplined, time-boxed process where each participant receives focused peer advisory input on their specific situation.

Afternoon: One-to-One Strategy Sessions. Every participant has a scheduled thirty-minute one-to-one session with a member of the LEC facilitation team. This is a private session focused entirely on your business, your specific challenges, and your next steps. VIP participants receive a sixty-minute extended session.

Late Afternoon: The Breakthrough Session. A facilitated group session designed to surface and address the blockers — mindset, practical, or strategic — that are most commonly preventing growth at this level.

Evening: Celebration dinner. We pause the work to celebrate the progress made over the first two days and the remarkable women in the room.

DAY 3 — 2026-12-13 — Integration, Planning & Commitment

The final day is about turning insight into action.

Morning: The 90-Day Plan Workshop. Every participant builds a structured, specific, and committed 90-day action plan. This is not a list of goals — it is a project plan with timelines, resources, dependencies, and accountabilities.

Mid-Morning: Accountability Partnerships. Participants are paired into accountability partnerships and given a structured framework for how they will check in with each other over the following 90 days.

After Lunch: Closing Circle. Each participant shares their single biggest breakthrough from the retreat and their primary commitment going forward. This is a powerful session — expect honesty, emotion, and genuine celebration.

2:00 PM — Retreat Close and Departures

VIP Retreat Pass: All of the above plus an extended 60-minute private one-to-one strategy session with the lead facilitator and priority seating throughout.
