Welcome to the AI Excellence Bootcamp!

Day 1 – Become Your Own CTO Intro Overview Extended by Toni Lecturer

 

👋 Welcome!
You’ve just taken a bold step toward becoming your business’s own Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Over the next 3 days, you’ll learn how to plan, build, and scale your business using smart, simple AI tools — even if you’re not “techie.”

🗓 Your Bootcamp Schedule (3 Days):
Day 1: Vision, Planning & Confidence
Day 2: Content, Branding & Video
Day 3: Sales, Systems & Scaling

🧠 Quick Tips Before You Begin:

  • Bring a laptop or tablet and charger

  • Make sure your internet connection is stable

  • Create a free account with: Milanote, Canva, Gemini, UNUM, and Jotform

  • Use your workbook (print or digital version) to track progress

 

👥 Meet Your Pod:
You’ll be assigned to an accountability pod. These small peer groups help you stay on track, get feedback, and cheer each other on!

 

🎯 Your First Task:
Set a goal for this week. What do you want to walk away with? It could be:

  • My first digital product page

  • A working payment link

  • A full month of content ideas

  • My first AI-generated video

🔹 For Online Participants

Make sure you have:

  • A laptop or desktop (mobile/tablet works for some tasks, but not all)

  • A stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps download speed recommended)

  • The Google Chrome browser (best for accessing AI tools)

  • Headphones with a mic (for clearer audio during sessions – optional but recommended)

  • Zoom installed or access via browser (links will be provided)

  • A quiet space where you can focus and interact


🔸 For In-Person Participants

Please bring:

 

  • A laptop and your charger

  • Headphones (optional, but useful during focused work time)

  • A power bank or extension lead (if you have one – outlets may be limited)

  • Your printed or digital workbook (we’ll send this via link before the session)

  • Optionally: a tablet or second device for research, notes, or viewing resources
